Zeeva Health (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mental wellbeing app that works with a wrist-worn sensor to measure your heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and breathing patterns to help you manage and train away panic and anxiety.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1. Data We Collect
- Health data from the wrist sensor and your iPhone: heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, and motion data (via Apple HealthKit / HealthKit).
- Session data: when you start/stop a breathing or calming session and how long it lasts.
- Optional account data (if you create an account): email address and display name.
- Crash and analytics data (anonymized) so we can fix bugs and improve the app.
- Your name, address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them.
- Precise location data.
- Any data from children under 13 (our app is not directed to children).
- To show you real-time biofeedback and guide breathing/calming exercises.
- To track your progress over time (only visible to you).
- To improve the app and fix issues (anonymized analytics).
- With your explicit consent.
- With trusted service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) and who are bound by strict confidentiality.
- If required by law.
- You can revoke HealthKit permissions anytime in Apple’s Health app.
- You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing dev@zeeva.io
